Your registration is binding, and payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Workshop Rates
All workshops have a US$15 fee charged during registration. (This does not include the Doctoral Colloquium.) Refunds on workshop fees are only available if entire registration is cancelled, and then will be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the organization (see below).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests received on or before October 1 2024 will be refunded less a 20% administrative processing fee. Cancellations after October 1 2024 will not be refunded. Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to treasurer [at] aoir [dot] org.

Please note: All presenting authors must register by the Early Bird deadline of 1 August 2024 to remain in the program.

The conference program is subject to change.

Payments will be refunded in full if the conference is canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the registrant. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
