Base fee:

Early-Bird Non-Member Registration (Professional) – $410.00
The Early Registration Rate is available until 1 August 2018. All presenting authors must be registered by 1 August 2018 to be included on the program. Registrations received after 1 August 2018 will be at the higher Regular Registration Rate of US$510.
Early-Bird Non-Member Registration (Student) – $250.00
The Early Registration Rate is available until 1 August 2018. All presenting authors must be registered by 1 August 2018 to be included on the program. Registrations received after 1 August 2018 will be at the higher Regular Registration Rate of US$325.
Saturday AoIR Reception (Extra Ticket) – $75.00
Individual registration INCLUDES a ticket to the reception. This option is to purchase a ticket for your +1 to attend the reception with you.
Special Conference Registration (Code Required) – $172.50
Special registration for AoIR members directly involved in the function and planning of the annual conference.
Special Conference Registration 2 (Code Required) – $100.00
Special registration for AoIR members directly involved in the function and planning of the annual conference.
Special Guests
Registration for special guests of the conference (code required).
Travel Grant Award Registration
Special registration for travel grant award winners (code required).

PLEASE NOTE: Although there are member and non-member fee options, it is less expensive to sign up as a member of AoIR and then register under member pricing than it is to simply pay the non-member pricing.

If you are a current member, in order to get member pricing, you must log in using the same email address that you signed up with.

Workshop organizers do not register for your own workshop.

Accepted attendees for the Doctoral Colloquium, please do not register for workshops. The Doc Coll is offered concurrently with the workshops on Wednesday, 10 October 2018.
